la retrocompatibilite

Au départ, la rétrocompatibilité entre la XBox et sa grande soeur la Xbox 360 aurait dû être au rendez-vous. Et bien non ! La réponse est directe, mais au moins, cela fait taire toutes les rumeurs annoncées en grandes pompes au dernier E3.

Certaines rumeurs disaient que la rétrocompatibilité était nulle, tandis que d'autres la disait globale. Elle n'est ni globale, ni nulle.

Je vais être plus précis. A 3 semaines de sa sortie, la XBox 360 devait nous en dévoiler un peu plus. En effet, Microsoft a dû cracher le morceau.
La Xbox 360 ne fera pas tourner tous les jeux Xbox, seul Halo 2 a su passer "le test", avec des graphismes plus fins, qui donnent d'ailleurs un rendu étrange, mais le jeu semble fonctionnel. Pour le reste, il faudra passer par des patches qui sont disponibles sur le site de la Xbox 360 ou de Microsoft.




Attention, si votre Pack Core System bénéficie d'un abonnement Xbox Live Silver (ça va encore nous coûter cher), vous devrez néanmoins acquérir un disque dur pour héberger ces fichiers (ça va encore nous coûter cher ! laugh.gif). Les joueurs dépourvus d'internet pourront se faire envoyer les patches par le constructeur, ou encore trouver ces mêmes fichiers sur les DVD des magazines. happy.gif
Donc en quelques mots, gardez votre Xbox 1 pour pouvoir jouer à vos jeux préférés, cela vous coutera moins cher laugh.gif !
